CONFERENCE SEEKS PART TIME SOCIAL SERVICES CASE MANAGER

The Lehigh County Conference of Churches is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Social Services Case Manager for its new Clearinghouse program.  The successful candidate will serve as a lead member of the Recovery Partnership/Housing Support team by providing essential housing support services to eligible Lehigh County special needs clients.

Must have documented individual and group counseling/case management experience working with special needs populations, specifically adults with behavioral health disabilities who are homeless or in the criminal justice system and transitioning from group homes or foster care.  Must have good organizational skills and knowledge of standard office technology and computer software applications.  Require bilingual English and Spanish.   Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or three years experience in social services specific to adult needs preferred.
