If you or someone you know has mental illness and is:

• Homeless

• Transitioning young adult age 18 - 23

• In a community rehabilitation residence

• Being released from incarceration


Housing Assistance and Related Services May Be Available!


The Lehigh County Clearinghouse, a new program of the Lehigh County Conference of Churches in partnership with Lehigh County Health Choices, is accepting applications from the above target populations for rental assistance and other housing-related needs.


Clearinghouse staff will walk with their clientele along the road to the greatest level of self-sufficiency and self-empowerment of which they are capable as well as advocate for a broader range of housing options for special needs men and women.
